- Digital Products & Software: Downloadable items such as eBooks, workbooks, Mindfulness Meditation recordings, training guides, and standalone desktop applications cannot be returned once purchased.
Product Use, System Compatibility, and Client Responsibilities
By purchasing digital products or software from www.re-ambition.com, clients are responsible for ensuring that the information provided during the purchase process is accurate and complete, particularly for payment processing.
- Operating System Alerts and Antivirus False Positives: Because our software is deployed as standalone executable files, your operating system (e.g., Windows SmartScreen) or third-party antivirus software may flag the application as an “Unknown Publisher” or issue a security warning upon installation. These alerts are standard security protocols for independent software. Proceeding past these warnings, following our provided installation instructions, and adjusting your local system or antivirus permissions to run the software is done entirely at your own discretion and risk.
- General Compatibility: Clients are responsible for having the necessary software and devices to access and use purchased digital products, such as a PDF reader or a compatible audio player for meditations.
- Software System Requirements: Our desktop software applications are currently developed and optimized exclusively for Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems. It is the User’s sole responsibility to ensure their hardware and operating system meet these requirements prior to purchase. ReAmbition (Pty) Ltd does not guarantee future compatibility with alternative operating systems (such as macOS, Linux, or ChromeOS) unless explicitly stated on the product page.
User Data, Storage, and Cloud Syncing
Our desktop applications operate entirely locally on your device and utilize local database structures (such as SQLite) to store your information.
- User Backup Responsibility: You maintain sole responsibility for the security, preservation, and manual or automated backup of any data managed within our software.
- Third-Party Services: While installing or unzipping the application within a cloud-synchronized directory (such as Microsoft OneDrive) may facilitate automated cloud backups, ReAmbition (Pty) Ltd exercises no control over these third-party environments. We assume no liability for sync failures, data corruption, account lockouts, or data loss associated with Microsoft OneDrive or any other third-party cloud storage solution.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReAmbition (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our services, website, or software applications.
