By accessing or using www.re-ambition.com and the services provided by ReAmbition (Pty) Ltd (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“the Client” or “User”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not engage with our services or website.
User Eligibility
To engage with our services, you must:

- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any services at our discretion.

Service Hours
The number of service hours provided by ReAmbition (Pty) Ltd is indicative and may fluctuate from month to month based on various factors such as workload, project requirements, and external conditions. While some months may result in more hours and others fewer, the total service hours will balance out over the course of the agreed-upon period.
It is the Client’s responsibility to monitor and make use of the allocated hours. Unused hours within a specific month do not roll over to the next month unless expressly stated in a separate agreement. Should the Client fail to utilize the available hours within the period, these will be forfeited and will not be subject to any refund or credit unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Third-Party Vendors and Software Applications
ReAmbition (Pty) Ltd may use third-party software applications, service providers, or vendors to deliver certain aspects of our services (e.g., analytics platforms, SEO tools, CRM software). While we strive to select reliable third-party providers, we cannot be held liable for any issues or failures related to third-party products, services, or performance.
Clients agree that any costs associated with the use of third-party software, service providers, or vendors must be paid directly to those third parties unless otherwise agreed in writing. ReAmbition (Pty) Ltd is not responsible for handling financial transactions between the client and third-party providers.
Performance Disclaimer
While we strive to meet agreed-upon key performance indicators (KPIs), ReAmbition (Pty) Ltd cannot guarantee the performance or results of services due to factors beyond our control. External factors such as market conditions, changes in search engine algorithms, social media platform updates, or vendor-related delays may impact the effectiveness of our services.
By engaging with ReAmbition, the Client acknowledges that the outcome of services, including but not limited to digital marketing campaigns, SEO support, and analytics reporting, may vary and that no specific results or performance guarantees are made.
Specialist Referrals
ReAmbition (Pty) Ltd offers a range of services at a basic level. From time to time, client requests may exceed the scope of our expertise. In such instances, we may recommend or refer a specialist to fulfil certain requirements.
Clients are responsible for engaging and paying specialists directly. ReAmbition (Pty) Ltd is not liable for any services provided by referred specialists or any agreements between the client and the specialist.
Life Coaching Disclaimer
Life Coaching, Hypnotherapy, or Mindfulness Meditation (whether provided in person, virtually, or as a downloadable product) is not a replacement for mental health care, counselling, or substance abuse treatment. ReAmbition (Pty) Ltd is not a licensed psychologist or healthcare specialist, and the services provided do not replace the care of licensed healthcare professionals.
ReAmbition (Pty) Ltd does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any physical, mental, or emotional conditions. Although life coaching and hypnotherapy may complement existing treatments, it is strongly recommended that clients consult their healthcare provider or psychologist before engaging in these services.
Any information provided during coaching, hypnotherapy, or on the ReAmbition website does not constitute medical advice. ReAmbition (Pty) Ltd is not responsible for the results of any client actions or any harm or damage arising from the use or non-use of information provided. Success is dependent on the client’s own efforts, circumstances, and factors beyond the control of ReAmbition (Pty) Ltd.
Intellectual Property
All downloadable products available on www.re-ambition.com are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the property of their respective owners. When you purchase any downloadable product, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased product for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not distribute, reproduce, modify, or sell the products without explicit written permission from the copyright holder. Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
Purchase and Delivery of Downloadable Products
By making a purchase on our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive a download link or access instructions for your purchased product.

Refunds and Returns
Due to the nature of our products and services, ReAmbition (Pty) Ltd applies specific guidelines to refunds and returns:
Unused Credits, Sessions or Service Hours
Credits, Unused Service Hours, Sessions, or other offerings must be redeemed within the period specified, after which they expire and become non-refundable and non-transferable.
Digital Products
Downloadable items such as eBooks, workbooks, Mindfulness Meditation recordings, or training guides are non-refundable and cannot be returned once purchased. If you experience any technical difficulties or require assistance with a downloaded product, please contact us within 30 days of purchase, and we will attempt to resolve the issue.
Service Cancellations and Rescheduling
All Sessions, Service Hours, and Appointments are non-refundable. Clients may cancel or reschedule a session at least 48 hours before the scheduled time without any additional fees. Changes or cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time will incur a 50% cancellation fee. The remaining 50% will be issued as a credit to the Client’s Account, which can be used toward a future session or set of service hours.
Group Sessions, Training Courses, and Workshops
Group Sessions, Training Courses, and Workshops are non-refundable. Clients may cancel their participation with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled Group Session, Training Course, or Workshop. In this case, clients can:
- Attend the same session, course, or workshop at a later date (subject to availability), or
- Receive a credit equivalent to the value of the original booking, which can be applied towards the cost of another Workshop, Training Course, Coaching Session, or Service Hours. This credit is valid for 3 months from the original session date.
Cancellations by ReAmbition (Pty) Ltd
In the rare event that ReAmbition (Pty) Ltd cancels a Group Coaching Session, Training Course, or Workshop and no suitable alternative is available within a reasonable time frame, clients will receive a full refund.
Please note that no refunds are available for services that have already been rendered unless otherwise explicitly agreed upon in writing. If clients wish to cancel their services, they must provide written notice to rob@re-ambition.com. Refunds for unused services are issued at the discretion of ReAmbition (Pty) Ltd.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReAmbition (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our services or website. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses.
Our services are provided on an “as is” basis, and we make no warranties or guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the services provided.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for ReAmbition to perform its services. Failure to do so may impact the quality and timeliness of the services provided.
Additionally, clients are responsible for maintaining any subscriptions or third-party tools required for their business’s operations. ReAmbition (Pty) Ltd does not take responsibility for managing or paying for client subscriptions unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Payment Terms
Upfront Payment
All payments for services provided by ReAmbition (Pty) Ltd must be made upfront and no later than the 1st day of each calendar month. Services will not commence or continue without full payment for the upcoming month.
Failure to Make Payment
If the Client fails to make a payment by the 1st of the month, ReAmbition (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to immediately suspend all agreed-upon services until payment is received in full. The Client will not be entitled to any unused hours or services during the suspension period.
Reinstatement of Services
Services will resume once full payment has been made. ReAmbition (Pty) Ltd is not liable for any delays or disruptions caused by non-payment.
Accepted Payment Methods
Payments may be made via electronic funds transfer (EFT) or any other payment method agreed upon by both parties. The Client is responsible for ensuring that payments are made in a timely manner.
Confidentiality
Any confidential information shared between ReAmbition (Pty) Ltd and the client during the course of the services shall remain confidential. Neither party shall disclose such information to any third party unless required by law or with written consent from the other party.
Privacy and Data Protection
We value your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time by providing one calendar month’s written notice. In the event of termination, clients are responsible for payment for all services rendered up until the termination date.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to services immediately if you breach these Terms or engage in illegal or harmful activities.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
Amendments to Terms
ReAmbition (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
